Congratulations to Colin Kaepernick and Nessa Diab as the couple recently took to Instagram to announce the birth of their first child. “I thought long and hard about sharing our life-changing news today,” Nessa captioned a family photo with their newborn. “I decided to do so because today is the first day in a few weeks where I stepped out for work with a new life title – MOM!”
The new mom continued, “Colin and I welcomed our amazing baby to the world a few weeks ago and we are over the moon with our growing family. Recovering after delivery has been a journey (more on that later) and honestly I wasn’t going to share anything because this is sooooo personal to us and I realized I’m a complete mama bear! Colin is the most amazing dad and I’m soooo grateful that he is by our side for every moment of this journey.”

Nigerian singer BNXN trended over the weekend after he was called out by a lady, Filma Jones, alleged to be his girlfriend. According to Jones, the music star dated, impregnated, and dumped her. It didn’t end there as she went on to share a video of the music star naked. The video, which has since gone viral on social media, has been received with mixed reactions.
Over the last two weeks, BNXN has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Firstly, he was involved in an altercation with men of the Nigeria Police Force, and then had an online brawl with fellow singer Ruger. In the viral video of his altercation with the police, the singer is seen in a singlet, arguing and confronting the officers who had apparently blocked his car. After the incident, he then bragged about spitting on an officer’s face.
3. South Africa: Reality star Rushda Moosajee welcomes a new baby
Congratulations are in order for Rushda Moosajee and her family after they recently welcomed a new addition, Nuh Ebrahim. The reality TV star took to her social media timeline on Thursday to reveal that she gave birth five weeks ago, after keeping her baby’s arrival private.
Moosajee said her motherhood journey was different this time and expressed her gratitude towards her followers who had been sending well wishes.

4. Latto teams up with Planned Parenthood for abortion rights PSA
Latto has been vocal in opposition to the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade a few months ago, and now, she’s turning her protest into a public service announcement. Joining forces with Planned Parenthood, the “Big Energy” rapper starred in a PSA urging people to join the fight for abortion rights and access.
“We have to decide when and where we want to be a parent,” she says in part during the 30-second PSA. “That’s why I’m joining with Planned Parenthood to fight to restore our rights and expand access to care.” Previously, Latto released her track “P***y,” a feminist anthem, that serves as a response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
5. Man Utd agree €95m deal for Antony as Ten Hag looks to bolster squad ahead of deadline day

Manchester United has agreed on a deal to sign Antony Matheus dos Santos from Ajax for an initial €95 million as Erik ten Hag looks to further improve his squad. Manchester United’s number one attacking target is finally secured with this deal that consists initial €95m (£80m/$93m) plus €5m (£4m/$5m) in bonuses add-on.
Erik ten Hag has been keen to link up with the winger after the Brazilian netted eight goals and registered four assists under him at Ajax last season. Antony becomes United’s fourth summer signing and their second from Ajax, as Ten Hag looks to stamp his authority on his squad. The 22-year-old will be hoping he can help the Red Devils continue their recent good form after what was an abysmal start to the season.
