NARS Rising Star Cheek Palette ($60.00 for 0.42 oz.) is a new, limited edition blush palette with five more satin-finish shades and one more shimmery shade. I actually wasn’t quite convinced this was a gel-powder hybrid formula as they felt a little more powdery and has less of a “melted” effect on my skin, yet they had some of the firmness I’d expect.
