Kylie Jenner Goes Full Y2K in a Plunging Crop Top and High-Slit Skirt
Kylie Jenner is enjoying something of a style renaissance lately, taking over Paris Fashion Week in edgier looks than we’ve ever seen on the reality star. For the Schiaparelli show, she wore a cone-bra gown with a dramatic plunging neckline. She stepped out to Business of Fashion’s BoF 500 Gala in a totally sheer look that felt like a catsuit and dress in one. And who can forget her appearance at Loewe in a white tank and briefs layered over black tights? Now that she’s back in Los Angeles, she’s continuing to push the envelope with her outfits.
The makeup mogul was spotted outside of her office on Tuesday, Oct. 18, in another eye-catching look. She wore a white two-piece set, including a 2000s-style crop top with a plunging cowl neckline and a draped skirt with a high-front slit. She upped the ante with an unexpected shoe choice: a pair of denim knee-high boots with a pointy-toe heel and a slouchy fit.
Jenner piled on the accessories with a By Far shoulder Soho bag ($228, originally $570), gold hoop earrings, and an array of chunky gold rings on her fingers. She kept her beauty look simple, opting for soft-glam makeup and brushed-out waves complemented by a fall-ready burgundy manicure.
The 25-year-old star is embracing an edgier aesthetic since returning from Paris. She wore a reconstructed denim top by Balenciaga for the RosalĂa concert in early October. And she enjoyed a rare date night with her children’s father, Travis Scott, while wearing a patent-leather minidress from Blumarine. Even her Halloween wardrobe is getting a fashionable upgrade. Jenner grabbed pizza with Hailey Bieber on Oct. 14 in “Wicked” costumes anchored by sheer black dresses.
