How Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson Went From Clashing Styles to Matching Outfits

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have reportedly been going strong since late 2021. The 41-year-old Skims co-founder and the 28-year-old comedian are not the first unexpected couple within the Kardashian family, but it’s clear that love has been in the air since they found each other on the set of “Saturday Night Live,” where the reality TV star memorably took the stage in pink velvet Balenciaga for her opening monologue.

According to recent episodes of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” Kardashian has been exploring her personal style since she and Kanye West split up. She is a brand ambassador for Balenciaga and is becoming recognized for her boundary-pushing, futuristic look. Whether in Skims or Balenciaga spandex pantaleggings, Kardashian maintains a sleek aesthetic for both casual daywear and dressier nightwear, often finishing her looks with a metallic flash or oversize sunglasses.

Davidson, meanwhile, is known for his more casual and relaxed street-style looks, which typically consist of closet staples from popular labels such as Supreme, Dickies, Carhartt, and Vans. In fact, the actor starred in the recently released horror film “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” for which he wore some of his signature silhouettes, including a pink Supreme hoodie, black sweatsuit, blue swim trunks, and a white bathrobe. On the red carpet, he’s inclined to sport classic suiting from the likes of Prada and Dior. He and Kardashian have proven able to complement each other with ease, with Kardashian meeting Davidson halfway in slightly sportier pieces for city outings and Davidson dressing in neutrals to allow focus on his girlfriend’s high-octane glamour at events. It’s a fair balance, and we’ve loved every peek we’ve been granted.
