Camel Skirt With A Silk Shirt
Happy Tuesday! The sun has actually been shining here, intermittently, and it’s wonderful! It’s so good to have some warmer weather. How are you guys doing? I enjoyed celebrating the Platinum Jubilee, and soon I will be celebrating July 4th in the United States, and I cannot wait! I’m so excited!
Getting to this outfit though, I put something a little smarter/sexier together, using a camel coloured PU leather skirt from I Saw It First, which I styled with one of their beige/nude satin shirts. For my shoes, I went with the Jimmy Choo Romy heels that I love, and finished it off with my Mulberry Darley in Oak, and some Daisy London gold jewellery. I would say this look is quite simplistic and minimal, but the colour palette and the different mediums of fabric texture really make it elevated. I’ve combined satin, leather, suede, and gold, so it’s a look with different elements.
Since I am quite pale, I tend to suit the neutral colour palette quite well as I have neutral undertones in my skin too. Shades like camel, beige, oatmeal etc. work wonderfully with my skin tone, and I should really wear them more often, but I’ve vowed to try and wear a lot more colour this summer season! I’m going for brighter, fun, flirty pieces! Anyway, what do you think of this outfit? You can shop the exact/similar pieces below. Lorna xx.
