If You Missed Megan Thee Stallion’s “SNL” Look, Now You Didn’t
Live from New York, it’s Megan Thee Stallion! The rapper played dual roles and host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live on October 15, and in true Megan fashion, she turned out look after look from her opening monologue to the skits to her performances.
Megan opened the show in a signature Stallion look: super long, super straight, and super sleek hair cascading down her back and shining under the lights of Studio 8H at 30 Rock. She paired her inches with a black mesh dress over a high-cut bodysuit and cinched with a black corset top, plus little thumbhole gloves to let her pale, shimmery coffin-shaped manicure shine. As for her makeup, Megan opted for her go-to sculpted cat eye, flawless brows, glowing skin, and neutral lip. In short, the Hot Girl’s SNL debut was pure Megan magic, which was zero percent surprising.
After changing up her look via wigs for a variety of skits, including an ice blue wavy wig and an auburn look with bangs, Megan took the stage as musical guest to perform the song “Anxiety” from her latest album, Traumazine, in full pageant glam: a red strapless mermaid gown, a sash reading “Miss Anxiety” and a looped, spiky updo perched atop her head with vintage bumper bangs. Her makeup look was similar to the opening monologue, accented by dangling diamond earrings. Behind Megan, fellow pageant queens with sashes reading “Ms. Overlooked” and “Ms. Overwhelmed” posed with crowns glittering and curls bouncing.
